The superiority of the bass shaker BS-200i is based on high-quality components and closely tolerated tuning. The 75 mm voice coil has the highest achievable heat resistance of 250 ° Celsius. The aluminum housing cools the voice coil through heat dissipation and ventilation. The oscillating magnetic system is guided safely even at high performance with 2 glass fibre reinforced centers.
The BS-200i tuning is around 35 Hz (resonant frequency), which creates very controlled bass pulses compared to softer magnetic suspension, without spongy sound feeling. As a low-pass setting, we recommend 50-80Hz for movies and 100-150Hz for games, car racing etc.
The thick pole terminals accept cables up to 4 mm² and banana plugs. Recommended amplifiers are the RECKHORN A-409 with very extensive controls or the A-800 with the possibility of connecting up to 6 bass shakers. The underside must lie flat and completely on the mounting surface. The best fitting is with threaded screws + toothed washer + nut + washer. Each BS-200i 4 rubber damper is included.
